Consultation process
A thorough value for money exercise led by
procurement will seek to consolidate and assess the suitability of
moving to an in-house provision to become more effective and
efficient. Consideration also needs to be given to any potential
TUPE requirements for existing staff working within the contract
The time required to complete the exercise does not align with the
end of the contract therefore a request for an extension is being
made.
