Appoint and enter into a contract with Buro Happold. Under this
option, Buro Happold will proceed to complete the Commercialisation
feasibility work for the Oldham Low Carbon Heat Network for
inclusion in the procurement of the Oldham Green New Deal Delivery
Partner.
