RESOLVED - That:
(i) Undertake a detailed feasibility study for a nursery extension
to Fir Bank Primary School up to RIBA Stage 2+ Design.
(ii) Approve the appointment of a professional team to undertake
the feasibility through the Construction Impact Framework
(CIF).
(iii) Allocate funding for the cost of the detailed feasibility
study and surveys
