31/05/2019 - Exemption from Contract Procedure Rules for the appointment of Heritage Project Management as a heritage advisor in relation to Oldham Heritage and Arts Centre

RESOLVED - That:
1.To seek exemption from the Contract Procedure Rules to enter directly into a contract with Heritage Project Management for the provision of specialist advice in respect of OMA.
2.To award a contract to the Heritage Project Management for specialist advice in relation to OMA.
