The Minutes of the meeting held on 22^nd January 2013 are attached for approval.

RESOLVED - That the minutes of the meeting held on 22^nd January 2013 be approved as a correct record.

The District Partnership received a report advising on the current partnership budget.

RESOLVED – That:

1. £6511.17 be allocated from the Royton North ward budget towards improvements to the hard standing area in Royton Park.

2. £4,843.73 be allocated towards the cost of the George St Playing Fields lighting scheme.

3. £1,570.17 be allocated from the Royton South ward budget to improvements to Highways Improvement within the ward.

4. £9,843.72 be allocated from the Crompton ward budget to improvements to Highways Improvement within the Crompton ward.

5. £250 be allocated towards the cost of improvements to the steps at Dryclough Walk from the Royton South ward budget.
