Extend the contract term for delivery of Accommodation Based Services for 12 months until 31st March 2026, and the transfer of service management to Housing Needs

1. To extend the contract term of each of the 3 contracts referenced in this report, in accordance with the terms and conditions of each contract for the period 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026 following the transfer.

2. To transfer the budget that currently resides in the Adult Social Care cost centres and the management of the contracts to the Housing Needs Team.
