Adoption of the Holcroft Moss Planning
Obligations Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) which applies
across the whole Places for Everyone Joint Development Plan
Document (PfE Plan) area and has, therefore, been prepared jointly
by the nine PfE Plan authorities (Bolton, Bury, Manchester, Oldham,
Rochdale, Salford, Tameside, Trafford and Wigan). The SPD provides
further guidance on how criterion 17 (in particular) of Policy
JP-C8: Transport Requirements of New Development of the PfE Plan
will be implemented.
