Infant Feeding Peer Support Service – Contract Extension

To ensure that Oldham residents have access to comprehensive infant feeding support, including a dedicated Infant Feeding Peer Support Service.

The purpose of the report is to seek approval to:
(a) extend the collaboration agreement for the Infant Feeding Peer Support Service with Tameside Council (as lead commissioner) and approve the increase of Oldham Council’s contribution

(b) authorise Tameside Council to enact the right to extend the term of the contract between Tameside Council (as lead commissioner) and the provider for the Infant Feeding Peer Support Service, for a period of 12 months from 1 April 2025 until 31 March 2026.
