To approve the draft Holcroft Moss Planning
Obligations Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) (Appendix 1) and
supporting documents (Appendices 2, 3 and 4) for a six-week public
consultation commencing not earlier than 1 November 2024. This will
enable stakeholders to have the opportunity to provide comments on
the Holcroft Moss Planning Obligations SPD before it is formally
adopted.
