To create a post of Practice Support
Coordinator for a 12 month period to assist in achieving the
Council's stated goal of providing good outcomes for
children.
In this regard the report details 3 options:
Option 1 - To keep things as thy are and not to create this
post.
Option 2 - To create the post of Practice Support Coordinator for a
period of 12 months on the grade detailed in the submitted
confidential report.
Option3 - To try and resolve the issue through the engagement of
existing Business Support Officers.
