To approve the procurement exemption for a
Direct Award contract to Arbiant Ltd for the provision of
specialist advice on a range of Council projects and initiatives.
This is for an initial period of 12 months with a review of
provision after 6 months.
The Direct Award exemption is sought on the basis that there is
currently only one provider that can offer the required service
given the skill set that is required.
