Proposed consultation to introduce Public
Spaces Protection Orders, to replace the expired Dog Control
Orders
There are currently no orders in place to deal with dog issues such
as dog fouling. The previous Dog Control Orders expired and need to
be replaced with Public Space Protection Orders if we want to take
action against dog fouling and other dog related issues.
The report details the proposed Public Space Protection Orders and
recommends we are given permission to consult on these.
