Consultation process
The proposal was subject to full consultation
with Trades Unions and staff. The consultation commenced on 4
January 2021 with a presentation to staff on that date. It
concluded on 18 February 2021. The proposal was subject to scrutiny
at the 28 January 2021 Overview and Scrutiny Performance and Value
for Money Select Committee meeting.
