RESOLVED - That:
1. To approve the highway structures inspections project; and
2. To approve the direct award of RSK Environment Limited via the ESPO Framework Agreement, Lot 5 Highways, Traffic and Transport and for the Council to enter into a contract with RSK Environment Limited under the Framework Agreement.
