RESOLVED - That:
the Council implements a gated Prohibition of Motor Vehicles Traffic Regulation Order on both ends of Crime Lane, to stop the fly tipping problem. The scheme will introduce an electronically operated gate at the junction with Knott Lanes, that will be operated by means of an app, key fob and/or pin code number.
At the Stannybrook Road end of the lane, it is proposed that access to the lane is prevented by use of concrete barriers, which will need to be spaced to allow access for pedestrians and equestrians. The barriers would be located to maintain the private access to the field.
