RESOLVED - That:
To allow the direct award of a contract to CPY Excavations.
CPY Excavations has the required specialist knowledge and operations to deliver the Council’s requirements and the Company has a proven history of similar schemes undertaken on behalf of OMBC and other Local Authorities.
