RESOLVED - That: Replace the existing hot and
cold-water distribution pipework. This option is a long-term
solution that will provide improved reliability, remove the risk of
consequential damage from ongoing leaks and prevent school
closure.
Replace a number of point of use water heaters are coming to the
end of their useful life, which if not replaced would run the risk
of failure and contamination to any newly installed pipework.
