RESOLVED - That a prohibition of driving
order, with an exemption for cyclists, be introduced on part of
Wellington Street, Oldham, for an experimental period of 18 months,
in accordance with the schedule at the end of this report. It is
also recommended that the no right turn from Wellington Street into
Rhodes Bank be revoked for the same experimental period. If no
objections are received it is recommended that the Orders be made
permanent.
