RESOLVED - That:
Option 1 is the recommended option given it achieves a budget
efficiency but also aligns the delivery of sport and leisure in one
place rather than parts of delivery in the Council and parts in the
Leisure Trust.
In order to facilitate these changes a variation to the existing
contract is required.
