The Mayor reminded Council that earlier in the meeting (Minute 3), Members had agreed to suspend Council Procedure Rules in respect of this agenda item.

RESOLVED:

1.    That the Minutes of the Cabinet meetings held 21^st July 2025, 8^th September 2025, 22^nd September 2025 and 20^th October 2025, be noted.

2.    That the Minutes of the meetings of the Greater Manchester

     Combined Authority, held 22^nd August 2025 and 26^th September 2025, be noted.

3.    That the reports of the Leader of the Council and the Cabinet Members, be noted.
