The Children and Young People
Scrutiny Board monitors how the Council works to give young people
in Oldham a good start in life and the skills they need.
This includes creating quality
school and college places, offering more activities for young
people outside of school, and improving education and training
after age 16, so everyone has opportunities to learn and
grow.
