Corporate Performance Report: Quarter 4 - 2024/25 pdf icon PDF 785 KB

Report detailing the corporate performance indicators for the fourth quarter of 2024/25.

The Corporate Performance Report for Q4 (1st January to 31st March 2025) was presented. Key highlights included:

  • 93% of older people (65 and over) who were still at home 91 days after discharge from hospital, exceeding the 89% target.
  • 28% of people who use services receiving direct payments, below the target of 40%
  • 77% of adult social care providers rated good or outstanding by CQC, slightly below the target of 80%
  • 102,817 visits made to Oldham Community Leisure Sites, which was a decrease of 17,028 compared to the previous quarter.
  • 674 people were referred to Social Prescribing, which was down from 758 in the previous quarter.
  • 2,706 people received an NHS Health Check, which was up by 982 on the previous quarter.

 

Resolved: The report was noted, and the Board acknowledged progress while encouraging focus on underperforming areas.

Report of the Director of Public Health updating on strategy.

Minutes:

Rebecca Fletcher, Director of Public Health, presented a report updating on the Health and Wellbeing Strategy. The report highlighted:

  • The progress being made on the five priorities of the strategy – Supporting our residents to gain the knowledge and skills to confidently make choices and make decisions about their own health, giving children the best start in life, improving mental health and mental wellbeing, reduce smoking, and increasing physical activity.

 

Resolved: The Board noted the progress being made.
