Appeal Minutes: The Equipment & Adaptations Team Manager presented the case on behalf of the Authority.
A Technical Advisor to the Committee was in attendance to advise on matters of policy and procedure at the Committee. She had not taken part in the original decision.
The appellant and representatives attended and presented their case.
The Committee adjourned the meeting whilst deliberations took place regarding their decision.
RESOLVED - That the Appeal be dismissed, on the basis that it was not reasonable for the Council to fund the additional works, in line with Section 24 (3) (b) of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996.
