8.	Review of a Dual Driver Licence (DP/2022/05) View the background to item 8. Subject to any relevant information that may arise or be disclosed following the writing of this report, and / or any relevant information presented to the hearing, Members are asked to consider whether the applicant is a fit and proper person to hold a licence; however, it is officer’s recommendation that the driver’s licence suspended for a period of time as determined by members.
