Review of a Premises Licence following Review Notice Anglers Arms, 95 Wrigley Head, Failsworth, Manchester, M35 9BH Pursuant to Section 53C of the Licensing Act 2003, the purpose of this report is to ask Members to review the premises licence in respect of Anglers Arms, 95 Wrigley Head, Failsworth following the application for a ‘Summary Review’, of those premises, made by Greater Manchester Police on 7th April 2025.
