The Minutes of the meeting of the Cabinet held on 24^th March 2025, are attached for approval.

A report seeking approval to allocate grant funding from the Department of Work and Pensions to Oldham Council to deliver the seventh round of the Household Support Fund.

A report that outlines future commissioning arrangements for the provision of Care and Support Services for people with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs and/or Autism.

The purpose of this report is to note and accept the increased notional Public Health budget settlement for Oldham in 2025/26.

To consider a report regarding the allocation of grant funding for 2025/26 to improve Drug and Alcohol treatment and recovery provision and outcomes in the borough.

To consider that the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business, pursuant to Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 on the grounds that discussions may involve the likely disclosure of exempt information, under paragraph 3 as defined in the provisions of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act, to the Local Government Act 1972 and public interest would not be served in publishing the information.

The Cabinet is requested to consider a confidential appendix to the report that was presented at agenda item 9.
