Urgent Business Urgent business, if any, introduced by the Chair Minutes: The Committee received an item of Urgent Business from the Interim Head of Planning and Development informing them that the Planning Service would be moving to the Uniform IT system from Monday 21st September 2020 and the benefits of the new system were outlined. It was confirmed that the Planning Portal would be unchanged.
