It was MOVED by Councillor Hudson and SECONDED by Councillor Brownridge that the application be APPROVED.
On being put to the vote, the Committee voted unanimously IN FAVOUR OF APPROVAL.
DECISION: That 1. the application be GRANTED, subject to the conditions set out in the report, other than Condition 20 being as set out in the Late List, and to a Section 106 obligation being secured to provide a contribution of £35,000 for improvements to the linear path to the north of the proposed development site; 2. the Director of Environment be authorised to issue the decision notice upon satisfactory completion of the planning obligation issue.
