Motion to be moved by Councillor Sykes and seconded by Councillor Al-Hamdani:

Following recently published reports and debates, this council resolves to: 
Instruct the Leader of the Council and the Acting Chief Executive to write to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government requesting that they remove Oldham Borough from the ‘Places for Everyone’ development plan.

Following recently published reports and debates, this council resolves to: 
Instruct the Leader of the Council and the Acting Chief Executive to write to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government requesting that they remove Oldham Borough from the ‘Places for Everyone’ development plan.

RESOLVED:

That the Leader of the Council and the Acting Chief Executive be instructed to write to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government requesting that they remove Oldham Borough from the ‘Places for Everyone’ development plan.
