There were no declarations of interest received.

A presentation will take place for Kevin Sinfield OBE to honour his title of Honorary Freeman as appointed by Council on the 24^th March 2021 in accordance with Section 249(5) of the Local Government Act 1972, as a token of the high esteem in which he is held by the townspeople of the Metropolitan Borough of Oldham and in recognition of his eminent services and inspiring achievements to the borough and its people.
