A report seeking authority to proceed to tender for the Council’s insurance contracts that are due to commence on 1st April 2027.
Minutes:
The Governance, Strategy and Resources Scrutiny Board scrutinised a report of the Director of Finance, notifying members that Oldham Council and its current insurers had been subject to Long-Term agreements in respect of Liability, Property, Terrorism, Motor, Fine Art, and other ancillary insurance policies which conclude in 2026.
The submitted report was seeking authority to proceed via the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation (YPO) Framework and Procurement’s recommended route to market, to tender for the Council’s insurance contracts that were due to commence on 1st April 2027.
Resolved:
That the Scrutiny Board would consider the commercially sensitive information contained in the report, at Item 38 on the agenda before making a recommendation.
