The purpose of the report is to seek approval from the Director of Adult Social Services (DASS), to award contracts under the Domestic Property Disability Adaptations Framework following completion of a compliant Open Tender procurement process.

Members of the Governance, Strategy and Resources Scrutiny Board scrutinised a report of the Executive Director of Health and Care/Deputy Chief Executive, the purpose of which was to seek approval from the Director of Adult Social Services (DASS), under delegated authority approved by Cabinet on 23^rd March 2026, to award contracts under the Domestic Property Disability Adaptations (DPDA) Framework following completion of a compliant Open Tender procurement process undertaken in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 and the Council's Contract Procedure Rules.

Resolved:

That the Scrutiny Board would consider the commercially sensitive information contained in the report, at Item 32 on the agenda before making a recommendation.
