A report seeking approval to enter into a 36-month contract with IDOX LTD procured via Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework Agreement ID RM6259.

Members of the Governance, Strategy and Resources Scrutiny Board scrutinised a report of the Executive Director of Place/Deputy Chief Executive, which advised that the Council’s contract with IDOX LTD for the Uniform application was due for renewal. The submitted report was seeking approval to enter into a 36-month contract with IDOX LTD procured via Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework Agreement ID RM6259. Uniform was a business-critical application supporting a range of statutory regulatory services.

Resolved:

That the Scrutiny Board would consider the commercially sensitive information contained in the report, at Item 31 on the agenda before making a recommendation.
