Purpose of the Report:
The purpose of the report is to appoint a company to develop land at Southlink following the completion of a competitive land sale process, as detailed in the confidential Cabinet report.
Reasons for the Decisions:
The land sale will secure significant conditional capital receipts that will be shared with Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) based on percentage of land ownership of the site – 54.2% (OMBC) and 45.8% (TfGM).
