1. Approval is requested for release of
funding from the Public Health Grant for 2026/27, which is
ringfenced to improve Drug and Alcohol prevention, treatment and
recovery pathways and associated outcomes for Oldham. Funding will
pay for services and consumables outlined in the individual Grant
Agreements for Northern Care Alliance, Sanctuary Trust, TOGS Mind
and Early Break outlined in this DDR.

RESOLVED - That: Approved the grant agreements
and associated funding allocations set out in this report, and to
authorise payment to the named providers as outlined in the payment
schedule of each agreement.
