Through a section 75 partnership agreement,
approved at cabinet, the NHS NCA jointly deliver Oldham’s
Integrated Children’s and Families service for the provision
of Health Visiting, School Nursing and the specialist targeted team
for vulnerable families. As part of this agreement, the Local
Authority is responsible for the investment into IT equipment for
staff including the provision of laptops.
RESOLVED - That: Through a section 75
