RESOLVED - That: Option 1 – Approve the deletion of the posts of Thriving Communities Project Manager and Project Support Officer from the establishment on 31st March 2024.

Reasons for the decision:

Option 1 – Approve the deletion of the posts of Thriving Communities Project Manager and Project Support Officer from the establishment on 31st March 2024.
Option 2 – Retain the posts until the current fixed-term end date of 31st March 2025. The work they are currently undertaking has ceased, so alternative suitable work would need to be found for the staff to justify retaining the posts.
