Decision to invest Covid Outbreak Management
Fund (COMF) into the One Oldham Fund.
A further £300,000 of COMF funding is
used to extend the One Oldham Fund, for £270,000 of grants to
the VCFSE and £30,000 allocated to Action Together to support
delivery of the fund. This is recommended as the investment will
enable Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCSFE)
sector to deliver activities which improve the health and wellbeing
of residents.
Option 1 - A further £300,000 of COMF
funding is used to extend the One Oldham Fund, for £270,000

Together to support delivery of the fund. This is recommended as
the investment will enable Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social

health and wellbeing of residents.
Option 2 – No investment is made from COMF into the One
Oldham Fund this year. This may result in the fund ceasing to
operate if there is no alternative investment identified. This will
mean there is less capacity in the VCFSE sector to deliver
activities which improve the health and wellbeing of
residents.
