RESOLVED - That: Option 1 is recommended to allow the programme to progress in line with current agreed programme dates.

Reasons for the decision:

Option 1 - Progress as set out within the report.
Option 2 - We could place the works on hold until main contract is agreed but this would see additional costs introduced and would result in significant delays to progress.
