The purpose of this report is to consider the introduction of No Waiting and No Loading At Any Time restrictions on Jardine Way

RESOLVED - That:
the prohibition of waiting restrictions are introduced in accordance with the plan and schedule at the end of this report

Reasons for the decision:

Option 1 - The alternative options to consider were to provide time limited waiting restrictions. Officers felt that this type of restriction would not be respected by motorists
Option 2 - Do nothing and make no changes to restrictions and continue to allow inconsiderate parking
