RESOLVED - That:
the delegated approval for the AEI works is accepted and that the
contract for the works is awarded to XAIS Asset Management
Ltd
The reason for this inspection/Survey of the
carriageway is to assess the condition of the carriageway and is
part of a larger suite of surveys carried out annually. These
condition surveys are carried out annually as part of our asset
management responsibilities.
