Approval is sought to modify and extend all Oldham held LOC Framework Agreements and to authorise TMBC to modify and extend the above detailed Service and Maintenance Framework Agreement. The LOC agreement will require a three - month extension taking the agreement end date to 31st August 2023.

RESOLVED - That approval is granted to:
1. Extend, as lead authority for itself and Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council (TMBC) and other contracting authorities, a Life of Client Framework Agreement (LOC) single supplier Framework Agreements (3 lots) for the provision of stairlifts, ceiling track hoists, vertical and step lifts and gantry hoists in domestic properties with lifetime warranties where
residents have disabilities;
2. To authorise TMBC to extend, as lead authority on behalf of itself and Oldham Council, a Service and Maintenance Framework Agreement for the provision of inspection, servicing, maintenance and repair of stairlifts, through floor lifts, step lifts and track hoists installed in domestic properties where residents have disabilities

The confidential report list three options: A, B and C.
It was decided that Options A and B were not viable (for reasons outlined in the confidential report) and Option C was approved.
