Purpose:

Cabinet approval has previously been obtained to include the Kaskenmoor site in the Strategic Partnership Agreement with Langtree Property Partners and to sell the Kaskenmoor site for residential development.
The Ball Hall is located immediately adjacent to the Kaskenmoor residential development site and delegated approval has previously been obtained to vary the Ball Hall Lease and to dispose of an area of land to the Ball Hall.
The purpose of the report is to seek approval for the Council and its’ successors in title, to take back part of the Ball Hall Lease area, to enable additional Public Open Space to be provided as part of the proposed residential development of the Kaskenmoor site.

Decision:

RESOLVED - That:
To approve the Council and its’ successors in title, taking back part of the Ball Hall Lease area, on the terms detailed in the Further Information section of this report, to enable additional Public Open Space to be provided as part of the proposed residential development of the Kaskenmoor site.

Reasons for the decision:
