The purpose of this report is to seek approval
to create two additional senior posts within the Finance Service at
Assistant Director and Senior Finance Manager level. This will then
lead to a wider consultation about the structure of the Service
following the creation of the posts.
RESOLVED - That: the creation of two
additional posts within the Finance Service and then moving to a
consultation process with affected staff.
Option 1 - Approve the creation of two
additional posts (one Assistant Director and one Senior Finance
Manager) within the Finance Service and then move to a consultation
process with affected staff
Option 2 - Do not approve the creation of two additional posts
within the Finance Service and then the movement to a consultation
process with affected staff.
