Purpose:

In the absence of low-level mental health support for those with co-occurring conditions, treatment and recovery for those engaged with the substance misuse service will be less effective.

Decision:

RESOLVED - That: the Council should proceed to market and tender the opportunity to provide low level mental health support for those with co-occurring conditions. The total available budget for this is £24,500.

Option 1 - To proceed to market and award a contract to the most economically advantageous provider for the provision of low level mental health support
Option 2 - To continue with an absence of low level mental health support for those with co-occurring conditions
