Purpose:

The purpose of the report is to seek approval for a classroom expansion at Royton Hall primary School to accommodate an increase in PAN from 1.5 Form Entry (FE) to 2FE.

Decision:

RESOLVED - That:
approve the classroom expansion to accommodate an increase in PAN from 1.5 Form Entry (FE) to 2FE and to enable the current pupils to move smoothly through the school.

Reasons for the decision:

Option 1 - to approve the classroom expansion to accommodate an increase in PAN from 1.5 Form Entry (FE) to 2FE and to enable the current pupils to move smoothly through the school.
Option 2 - do not approve the classroom expansion which will mean that a full class cannot be taught in the room and will cause problems for the larger cohorts moving through the school.
