introduction of a ‘Prohibition of Driving Order’ on
Victoria Street, Oldham at its junction with Oldham Way, to
facilitate the construction of a continuous footway to the proposed
new Southlink junction.

the prohibition of driving order detailed in the proposal at the
end of this report be approved
