To extend the current contract for the School
Swimming Service transport with a deed of variation.
RESOLVED - That:
It is recommended to extend the School Swimming Transport Contract
for a further 12 months with a deed variation.
Option 1 - To extend the current transport
contract for a further 12 months with a deed of variation to
include further measures until a new tender process is
required.
Option 2 - As previously agreed the contract goes out for tender.
It is identified by going out to procurement we may or may not get
better value for money, but as time is against us it is not
required at this stage.
