Requests an exemption from Contract Procedure Rules (CPRs) to enable the extension of the contracts in place with Action Together for the delivery of two statutory contracts:
- Healthwatch Oldham
- NHS Independent Complaints Advocacy

Decision:

RESOLVED - That:
The preferred option is to grant the extension to the contracts with Action Together for the delivery of Healthwatch therefore agreeing to an exemption of the Contract Procedure Rules (CPRs). This then enables the continuation of service delivery of the statutory services.
