To approve an access agreement between the
Council and Northern Roots on Snipe Clough.
RESOLVED - That: An access agreement is
entered into with Northern Roots relating to land at Snipe
Clough.
Option 1 - Progress an access agreement which
would permit Northern Roots to undertake maintenance at Snipe
Clough and facilitate an external funding bid.
Option 2 - Not to progress an access agreement which would delay
the Northern Roots project.
